Future Plan of PERT:

1. Strengthening of self-help groups among the tribal and rural women for economic, educational, social, cultural and political empowerment and promoting sustainable livelihoods.
   
   
2. Promoting Adivasi People’s Movement for the human rights of adivasi villages, attaining basic needs & fundamental rights and also establishing their identity; 
   
   
3. Increasing literacy rate and reducing school drop-out with community participation for the rights of children with special focus on socially excluded (people with disability, single parent, girl children and migrant population).
   
   
4. Promoting suitable economic development opportunities and development of people’s ownership over the common property resources (including on land & water) to reduce migration and displacements;
   
   
5. Developing accountability, transparency by promotion of community involvement in all our activities with their cooperation.
   
6. Networking with other organisations for people’s rights to promote advocacy and lobbying to restore livelihoods and rights of the tribal communities.
